Covers one signer for one set of living trust documents (including multiple deeds), travel (up to 50 miles round trip), notarization, witnessing signatures

If there are only a few notary certificates required, regular signature and mobile fees will apply. You will pay whichever rate is lower.

Witness Fee

Cancellation Fee

A nominal cancellation fee is due and payable if a signer is physically unable to sign, or refuses to sign after notary arrives

Wait Fee

per minute after 15 minutes (Grace period: 15 minutes). After 20 minutes without notification of late arrival by text or call the notary will leave the meeting place.

Military Discount

Mobile fees are always waived for veterans and active duty military personnel who serve our country. No fee may be charged by any California notary for notarization of an application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit. (Government Code, Section 6107)
